Founded in 1991, St Bernard’s Hospice has been providing compassionate, home-based palliative care to the East London community for over 30 years. They specialize in supporting adults and children with life-threatening or life-limiting illnesses—including cancer, neurological conditions, and HIV/AIDS—through physical, emotional, social, and spiritual care.
